Made to order purchases
Items made to order cannot be returned, as they have been made to your specification. Always double check your measurment before ordering the product.
Cancellation of Order - if you wish to cancel or alter a custom made product, please contact us promptly and ensure your message gets through to us before work begins. We will not be able to cancel the order once work has begun.
Ready made purchases
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of receipt in new condition, with the original packaging, labelling and returns form for a full refund (of the goods cost).
If you need a replacement product, simply order this on-line as a new purchase.
Cancellation of Order - ready made items
The above returns period includes a 7 working day cancellation period from the day after delivery to you. You are able to cancel orders by emailing email@example.com. If goods have been sent to you, you are responsible for the return, cost of returning and taking reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Please see information about returning goods - below.
Please return goods to us within 14 days of receiving them. We would advise that you send the goods with the appropriate amount of compensation added (i.e. to cover the cost of the goods), as Yacht Equipment cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed only once we have received the goods.

You will need to fill in a returns form (supplied in your original package) to enable us to refund your money.
Faulty goods, to return please contact us first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the final decision as to whether the goods are faulty may be referred to the manufacturer. If the goods are accepted as faulty then you will be offered a refund, or the goods can be repaired or replaced and we will refund your postage within the UK to a reasonable amount. In cases where we need to return the product to the manufacturer to establish whether faulty, this can sometimes take some time whilst we wait for their response.
